Science Lab

Make systems visible.

A look at the simulation and rendering work inside RCL’s own projects. These demonstrations explore technical ideas; they are not validated scientific instruments or safety-critical tools.

Internal technical demonstration

The homepage simulation

A Fortran kernel compiled to WebAssembly drives a WebGL2 visualization derived from Forgefield’s Eventide renderer. It uses adaptive rendering quality and pauses when it leaves view.

Phones and visitors who prefer reduced motion receive a deterministic still. A static fallback also keeps the page usable if WebGL cannot initialize.

The black-hole presentation is an illustrative rendering, not a claim of a validated astrophysical model.

Forgefield

Native procedural worlds built with modern Fortran, OpenGL compute and rendering shaders, and a Windows launcher. The product page documents the actual worlds and includes application footage.
